Googling to come up with strategy by now is old school, most folks now go to chatgpt and perplexity to do the same.
I liked the book “Playing to Win: How strategy really works” by AG Lafley and Roger Martin. It does provide a good baseline.
But you have articulated the gist in such a short article.
