Thank you for sharing this! It’s a meaningful part of my own journey to become an AI Sherpa—someone helping non-professionals discover the real benefits of AI, while also guiding those already immersed in the tech to use it wisely, ethically, and most importantly, with intent. Without those human-centered inputs—emotional, intuitive, and conscious—the outputs will always fall short. At least for now, that’s still our gift to give.

Agree on, at this point, the real challenge isn’t technology. It's about, as you say, 'embedding' the technology with the humans. The upskilling is big factor in organizations adopting to the AI deployments. Congratulations on your recent efforts in expanding your network.

The Phoenix Cycle I’m in. Currently on rebirth #6 or #7. 😂They typically frighten the hell out of me. This time it just made me angry, YET instead of being consumed, I traveled, reflected, wrote on substack a little and found my way without slipping into the darkest cave—in only 60 days. In my 20s and 30s it could take a year!

As for AI…it helped navigate me through 2 weeks in Japan with a 4-year old. Lol. Can’t be all that bad. 😂

Beginning to get into looking at how AI will work for analytics granted there are lot of tools that come equipped with AI based features, noticing AI based insights generate a lot of questions. This means more domain knowledge how does one interpret the findings. Secondly how does one adapt to current infrastructure or what needs to change. The important aspects of governance, data quality, what can be automated. All of these require a collective vision and a executable roadmap.
